Steph is a high school English teacher, college communication arts adjunct, coach, and tech enthusiast. She has also taught various communication courses at the college level for eight years. Her academic passions include empowering students to share their voices and professional development.

We have coached and directed various speech/theatre groups for going on 16 years and are raising three amazing kids. We've accumulated many shared educational experiences. Josh is a communication arts instructor at McHenry County College and College of Lake County. He is also a youth theatre arts teacher with a background in improvisation and emceeing corporate events. His passions include digital storytelling and social-emotional learning.
